Highlights for Thursday include:        

Kerry Patterson – Kerry is the coauthor of three New York Times bestsellers. He will speak on his book “Influencer: The Power to Change Anything”.
        
Melissa Flores – Melissa is a lawyer with the Canyons School District and will speak on HIPPA and FERPA.
        
Erin Maughan – Erin is a longtime advocate for school nursing and will update us on research results on the health of school children in Utah.
        
Elections for Secretary and President Elect will take place!!
        
Awards!!

Highlights for Friday include:

Sandi Delack – Sandi is the President of the National Association of School Nurses. She will be speaking on “Vision, Voice and Visibility”. 

Amanda Dickson – Amanda is a local radio host and motivational speaker. She will be speaking on “Change Looks Good on You”.

Election results!!

Basket Raffle!! Please work with the nurses in your district or area (if you are small districts) to provide a basket to raffle. Be creative and have fun!  Tickets will be sold at registration. ($1 for one ticket or $5 for six tickets!)

Contact hours have been applied for through UNA and will be given at the end each day of the Conference.

Hotel arrangements have been made at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 2447 W Executive Parkway, Lehi, Utah.  Phone (801) 341-6970.  The USNA rate is $89 plus tax per room. Make sure to tell them you are with USNA. Reservations need to be made by February 17, 2010 to guarantee this rate.
